How to connect Jobber and HubSpot
JubSync is the dedicated Jobber HubSpot integration, listed on the Jobber App Marketplace.
Jobber and HubSpot do not ship a first-party connector. Teams usually pick one of three paths: a dedicated sync app, a general automation tool such as Zapier, or a custom API build from an agency.
JubSync is the dedicated option. It is listed on the Jobber App Marketplace and syncs Jobber clients, quotes, and jobs into HubSpot contacts and deals automatically — one way, Jobber → HubSpot.

- Zapier, Make, and similar — trigger/action workflows for individual events. Useful for custom automations; not a full client/quote/job sync with a Jobber-shaped pipeline.
- Custom API work — Jobber GraphQL plus HubSpot REST, built and hosted per company (typically weeks, not minutes).

Connect in four steps
1. Install from the Jobber App Marketplace
Open the JubSync listing, click Connect, and authorize read access to your clients, quotes, jobs, and account details. JubSync does not write back to Jobber.
2. Authorize HubSpot
Pick the HubSpot portal that should receive the data and approve access. A free HubSpot CRM plan is enough. Each Jobber account connects to one portal.
Until JubSync is listed on the HubSpot Marketplace, HubSpot may show Connecting an unverified app. Type I accept the risk and continue. That extra step goes away after HubSpot lists the app.
3. Choose a plan
Starter is $39/mo (or $29/mo billed annually) with a 7-day free trial. Early Partner spots are free for a limited time in exchange for feedback.
4. Choose a sync range
Bring over new records only, records from a date you choose, or full history. Clients always sync in full so quotes and jobs can match the right contact. Then the first sync runs. Details: Quick start and the full setup guide.
