- Jobber Clients → HubSpot Contacts (matched by email, segmented as leads or customers)
- Jobber Quotes → HubSpot Deals (custom pipeline stages: In Negotiation, Approved - Pending Job, Closed Lost)
- Jobber Jobs → HubSpot Deals (Closed Won stage, adopts the quote's deal to avoid duplicates)
